There is this guy I like. Problem is, he has a girlfriend. I mean yeah I see him looking at me but he is doing nothing to really show me he likes me back. So 1, how do I know if he likes me at all. And 2, how do I get the, hopefully would-be, relationship to go somewhere. I am in a bind here.

1) Looking is just looking. Is he looking in a affectionate way? If he is, smile back and if he smiles back as well, then your feelings are the same for each other.

2) Well, he has a girlfriend, so things are obviously not going to be easy. Try to act "better" than his girlfriend to win him. I know that kinda sounds like stealing him away from her, but I don't think there is another way unless they breakup.

Well, I know a lot of boys who like me, but I have a boyfriend who I stay very true to. If he has a girlfriend, then you should leave him alone and let them be. If he looks like he doesn't like the relationship with his girlfriend and maybe wants to try you, just be yourself, a boy should like you as you are. don't try to "impress" him like on TV, trust me... it NEVER works in reality =P
If he looks at you, it could be two things... it coudl be that he doesn't like his current realtionship and looks for anew, or he could be just looking around and room and sees you (like maybe yer hair looks wierd that day or somethign). But if he's lookin' at other girls whilst having a GF then he's not being a very good BF. My boyfriend never looks at other girls, not bragging or anything, just sayin'.
what you could do is talk to him and be his friend. once you two know each other really well then you can tell him your feelings. say something like "just wondering, do you like me? I see you lookin' sometimes and I'm just wondering." Don't say that, but something like that, but make sure you guys are good friends before so. my BF and I were good friends for 8 months before I told him how i felt.

If you try breaking his relationship up with his girlfriend trust me it will come back on you in the end. Move on to a guy that is available.

You back off, he's with someone...if the day comes when he's no longer with her then pursue something. Do you really want to be "the other woman"
