Is a credit score of 737 good for a 19 year old?

That's a really good credit score for a 19 year old. Most students at that age tend to be irresponsible and ruin there credit (I was one of them). It's good to think about the future when you're that age that way by maintaining good credit u can get just about anything you want.
This just shows how responsible you are, and I see you won't have any problems later on in life if you keep this up.

First, open a bank account if you do not already have one. After a few months of having a bank account in good standing, apply for a department store credit card like a macys or Best buy credit card. Then go for a major credit card like a Chase bank or AMEX card. This will all help build a nice credit score and history. Also the easiest credit cards to be approved for are offered by capital one.

There's proof that you are dependable in paying your bills. Now, for a large purchase, you'll have to provide a steady source of income to justify such a purchase. Try to stay away from the credit card 'maize' of needing more than 1.
