get 2 know her better if u dont know her well b4 u decide shes perfect or not. she might turn out 2 be a *****. if u decide shes worth it, then u can send a note say how u feel or flowers and chocolate, or just tell her. some girls like it more if u go straight up and say it.

Send her a card or love note! Flowers ar good too, females love flowers & they don't have to be roses either!

talk with her! smile a little, look at her. and talk with her, and that may give her a clue. ask her out, and then maybe just tell her that shes a great girl.
