Well try not to touch it, that only transfers the oil from your hands onto the scab, which is icky to say the least. What you need is to dry it out with some rubbing alcohol and treat it with triple antibotic. This will not only help with healing time, but scarring too.

Go to any pharmacy and pick up neosporin or polysporin. It's a product that diminishes the appearance of scars and ultimately heals a cut or scrape really fast! I use it on my face if I get a pimple, and it's really good. Hope this helps :)

i would say if u wet it down with neosporin so it dont get infected....it also helps so it doesnt scare as much
