depends on how shy they r. if they r really outgoing, they might.... if the girl is too shy she would definatly wait for the guy to do sumthing first.

Most girls would wait for the guy to do something. Even some of the more outgoing ones wait for the guy to ask.

I was the one to ask the guy I like out.
So it does happen, but it depends on the situation.
Most will wait for the guy to do the actual asking, but leave lots of hints if she wants him to.

Normally you my friend (the gu ) will have to ask her out onles she might i said migth ask you ut if your easy to approach like not mr varsity or mr popularity or she might if she really likes you who knows

depends how long you have been thinking about it.
It wouldnt be a bad idea to (when he is near) talk to one of your friends about an upcoming dance, that you will be going to, keepign in mind that you have to talk very loud to make sure he knows
