I am a cat kind of gal but your question hit home to me.
My biggest beef with vets is that they inflate medical prices to the point people like you and I are stuck if our pets get ill.
UH, HELLO I am not "Paris Freakin Hilton"!!! With 100$ bills comin outta mt a_sshole!
Listen, take him to the vet. If you show up in person it is harder to turn a sick puppy away. Over the phone? Hell yeah they'll turn ya away.No heart.
Then again lights/heat/water/rent/medical surgical equipment does NOT pay for itself.
Is there ANY place in your state like the ASPCA or Humane Society that can and will help people like you (and me) for free/reduced price/allow a post dated check, anything?!
Where do you live?? If you tell us people like me (and others) WILL search for you to help out. You gotta do some for yourself too. No one will "cure" your puppy for you but you. Help is out here though. OK?
Tell us your state and closest major city to your home OK?
Go into the vets office 1st thing Saturday. Cry, scream, rail against God BUT get them to look at puppy! Bring a stub to show your not a deadbeat puppy daddy :) LOL.. It shows your willing and responsible to pay to help your puppy.
If you have a checking acct. BEG, BEG, BEG to be allowed to post date a check. I did once that is how I know.
Even a quick looksie in the waiting room by a vet will determine (for them) if puppy needs to be in the exam room or not.
On monday I paid 54$ to walk in the door for the exam then 20$ for her antibiotic shot. She had a BAD Upper Respitory Infection.
Could your puppy possibly have something similar I wonder.
Is the puppy vaccinated at all?!
You need a lot of help to properly care for him it seems. Aske for it and you will find lots of lowcost/free places willing to help a responsible but lower income/poor person. Do the footwork sweet pea.
Tell us the state/major city asap..

You need to get her to the vets. It could be a variety of things. I am sure if you call your vets office and explain your situation, they will let you set up a payment plan. There is nothing you can do at home, as no one can diagnose what is wrong with your pup over the internet. Call your vets office!!
Seriously.... ur dog was THAT sick and got better SUDDENLY with a warm bath and some baby tylenol? I highly doubt that and I seriously feel sorry for your dog that it is not getting the medical attention that it so desperately needs. Then people wonder why humane shelters are so over-crowded. When pple have pets and cannot care for them properly.

You can probably just keep her in the Vet's office till Friday or at the very least explain to the vet that you don't have the money now and you're really worried. See if they'll do something for you. Take in previous check stubs to show that you will make the money for the checkup. Hope she gets better!

Take her to the vet, they won't ask for payment until they're done, then tell them you'll pay them on Friday. The puppy comes first, get her to the vet, it doesn't sound very good. Either that or call a friend or family member to borrow the money, whatever it takes, get her to a vet immediately.

if your living in the southern hemisphere, or in melbourne, i suggest you go to the cheapest organisation and vet in the southern hemisphere, "lort smith animal hospital" 30 dollars consultation(to see and meet a vet). Or it could be that she is suffering from depression, which could result in her not eating, and being lethargic. By not eating it could cause her to become tired and unable to move. If it is some sort of depression, then i suggest you be happy and act playful with her, and she will pull through. By you being sad that she is weak, that also may affect her ego. Or instead of going to the vet, you could just try calling them and seeing what they think, and they may give you some advice
you should go to the vet though.

Take your pup to the vet now.
Pay the vet when you get paided.
Be up front the the vet that he/she will be paided when you get the money.
Know vet will send you away with a very ill puppy.
Extra information
Start looking all over your puppy for TICKS. If you find one, you must take your puppy to the vet NOW.

You need to have her seen by a vet. Call around and see if you can find one that would let you make payments or something. Also, make sure your puppy is taking in fluids so she doesn't dehydrate. If you have to you may need to hand feed her some water. I wish that I can be more help but she really needs professional help.

You need to get her to a vet right away. She could have been bit by a bug or another animal or may have gotten into chemicals or people food that is harmful to a dog.
My experience is that a vet will treat you dog if it is critically ill even if you don't have money.
GO NOW !

Oh man, I wish I could help more, but all I can suggest is that maybe it's a thyroid problem--that would explain the sluggishness. If she is still eating and functioning normally (with the exception of the weakness), I wouldn't be too alarmed, but I would take her to see someone as soon as possible.

has this puppy ever had her vaccines? if not she could have parvo, distemper, and a few other things wrong right now. If she isnt eating or drinking, she has little time. She is small with very few strength reserves in her body, and must go to the vet immediately.
