Our pastor tells us the stories from the Bible and my favorites are the ones about Jesus. He's my favorite super hero. My friends think superman is better and I like him too, but Jesus seems more magical, you know?
I was thinking how cool it would be if he was a real person! Superman, too!

He WAS a real person. Then he was crucified, and became a super hero.

He was. There is more written about Jesus Christ of Nazareth than anyone else in the History of the world. From the Bible, to the first century historians (who weren't believers), to all of the theologians throughout history. Yes my friend. He still lives in us when we follow what is written in Acts 2:38, 2:4, 10:45-46, 19:6 and verified in St. Mark 16:16-17.

It's wierd that the three actors who played SUPERMAN all had the same last name REAVES or REAVE, and died tragically, but Jesus was supposed to be a real person who died tragically for a reason.

Jesus was and is a real person. There is a question as to when did He fully understand He is God. Was it before or after His resurrection? We do not know. But He is very real and felt pain and hunger and loneliness and death, just as we all do.

Has anyone told you, have you not heard that Jesus Christ was a real man in the flesh. He laughed, cried, felt pain, and had fun and He knew how to be joyful. BUT,.......He had on the inside of Him The Spirit of Almighty God. PEACE!!!

Jesus was a real person.....even if you don't believe the Bible, look in your history book...there is not a question on whether he existed or not, there is only question on who and what Jesus was....

He was a historical figure, you can be sure of that. We have his name, birth record, and execution on file thanks to Roman book-keeping.
All that is left to decide is whether he was who he says he was, he was a lunatic, or a demon. He was too smart to be a lunatic and too compassionate to be a demon. That leaves us with...you know. Calling him a mere celebrity would be the understatement of the eons.

And what makes you think hes not a real person?Hes a real person if you want him to be.Its what you chose to believe in.Same goes for superman,its o.k. to believe.
