I'm 29. And for the way my bladder leaks. Everytime I sneeze,laugh,or cough. I need to be wearing some pamper's my damn self. Yet I have upgraded from from regular pads. To the kind that the senior citizen's wear. I commend you on your honesty. Don't feel bad. You gotta do. What you gotta do.
