Unlike your teeth question, there are hair growth materials. Just google it. Why do you want to grow your hair and teeth so bad?

I've found that potassium works well for hair. It's in bananas and other fruits and vegies. The only thing I know for teeth is calcium.

the only thing proven to grow hair is cysteine and minoxidil, the later of which, if you take and then stop, the hair falls out. take 500 mg of L-cysteine 4 to 5 times a day. be sure to take 2 to 3 times as much vitamin C with it or you can get kidney stones.
