I don't eat a whole lot anymore. I eat a decent lunch and drink a lot of beer, water, orange juice, and wine.

You said no cooking. So make a salad - use what you have in the refer, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, green pepper, celery, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, onions, zucchini, or any other veggie, chop them up, add balsamic vinegar, garlic salt, dill weed mix and add olive oil - mix again and enjoy with a glass of wine and a bread stick or garlic french bread. Mcdonalds Big Mac always feels me up or order in chinese sweet and sour pork, then kick back with a movie and a drink and forget about the world...thats what am doing.
