Logic is the hardest to study for, the best way would be to find brain teasers and use your mind to think out of the box, but still logicly. Next for literature, narrow down the list to likely authors and figure out their writing style in particualr novels, followed by reading summeries of the books that are likely to be offered. Religon is based on what you know already and is very basic, National Parks, flash cards and start memorizing.

Your best resource for studying literature is Sparknotes.com. It will provide a plot summary, major character analysis, literary devices, etc. But you cannot use this so you dont have to read the book this will only help you understand the book and does not describe the important events in the book.

Study in the way that best helps you learn. Will recommend rewriting and reorganizing your notes, studying over a few nights span, and not pulling a late nighter to study.

don't watch TV. when you're feeling really stressed take a break. if you keep trying to study, you'll get more and more stressed.
also, if its memorizing stuff, try to come up with helpful hints for the test.
