I have had high blood pressure for well over a year now. I was put on meds to lower it but never took them. I'm 34 and a female. My blood pressure runs around 140-145/90-95. It will hit 150 now and then. I check it every night before bed.

Question...
I was really dizzy, had a headache, very weak, and having sharp pains in my mid section (all over no one spot, like something exploded inside of me and hit all my organs).. When I got off work I came home and took my blood pressure. It was 102/64.. Really low compare to what it is on a day-to-day base. Endless to say I laid around most the night and went to bed. Today I'm grouchy but fine. My blood pressure is back to normal, for me, 143/95.
Does anyone have any idea what would have caused this? I'm open to any opinions.. Thanks

Many things . Vagal nerve stimulation , dehydration, bleeding . I think you got a bad reading but if you still have pain go see a doctor.

I'm not sure, you could have had a vessel explode or something. Why are you even bothering to take your blood pressure when you don't take your medication? You already know that you have a problem. Do you realize that damage is being done to your eyes, vascular system, heart, and internal organs such as the kidneys when you don't control your blood pressure? Now get with it and see your doctor. Sorry to lecture but you're killing yourself.

Blood pressures often go up and down when not treated. I used to be on meds, but got myself off them by doing body cleansing. You can get whole body cleansing kits at Walgreens for about 25 dollars. After you detoxify try drinking lots of bottled water on a daily basis. I lost 55 pounds and got my blood pressure under control by doing this. Also just so you know you get the same symptoms when you blood pressure is too high as you do when it is too low. Be careful. Not good to have it too high or too low. Good Luck
