I had a college professor that stated: "If cats could write about history, that history would be about cats". What this implies is, being the Jewish people was good at writing their religion down, they are the chosen people. Why would they write a Bible and state: Black people were the chosen people?

I think you meant "Chosen People".
You will find no evidence for that, beyond the recorded revelation given by God Himself to the Jews. This is commonly known as the Old Testament. It is their beginnings as a people, rescued from slavery in Egypt, and then built into a nation against their pagan neighbors, that illustrates this. The fact that they were deported, as a nation, to another country, and then re-patriated 70+ years later (cured of idolatry, btw) is also significant. If the race hadn't been chosen for SOMETHING, why all the effort to keep them unified and distinctive from the rest of the nations?
The act of "choosing" something is an expression of somebody's will. This was illustrated in Pokemon week after week, as the boy would throw a ball and scream "PIKACHU! I CHOOSE YOU!" What evidence do you have that Pikachu was chosen, especially if you didn't see the choosing? Simple: you have to know the rules of Poke' creatures. The creatures CANNOT enter pokemon combat unless they have been chosen by their masters. If one was in the ring, it was chosen.
We can apply the same (goofy, yes but it works) logic to the people of Isreal. How did this family ever become a nation? There were already plenty of nations in the field at the time! How did they establish themselves, considering the competition? How did they forge their religious identity, and how did they keep it?
On our own, we aren't so good at this sort of thing. Neither were the ancient Isrealites! There had to be something else going on, another voice saying "ISREAL, I CHOOSE YOU!"

My brother told me and I heard him oftentimes that the Jews are The Chosen People and my bro said u can read it in the Bible. I'm not sure which one though. The new or the old testament.
I tried to understand this too. Why are they the chosen ones? why not the others or why not all of us? Since my religion believes in God and the Bible, why not us? Does that mean that when the world ends the Jewish people will go to heaven and the punishments are lesser?
I think you just believe. The only evidence that is there is the one written in the Bible. If it is there then just believe.

Jeremiah 31:31-34 "Behold, the days come saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, which my covenant they broke, although I was a husband unto them, saith the Lord. But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days saith the Lord, I will put my laws in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people."
This verse proves that God has not forgotten Israel His people. Hebrews 8:8-13 is good also. Deuteronomy 31:9-12 "apple of His eye."
The evidence is after 2,000 years the Jewish people have been taken out of every nation and have returned to their homeland of Israel. Speaking one language - Hebrew. Flying home on wings of eagles as the Bible said which is the best description of an airplane that I've heard. This has never happened to any other people. How much evidence do you need? Six Day War was pretty good also. The Bible says Israel will be a cup of trembling. They live in underground shelters for fear of bombs. They are afraid to leave their homes for fear of being shot or bombed. How much evidence do you need. The Bible says when Jesus returns they will never be ashamed again.

In Judaism, chosenness is the belief that the Jews are a chosen people: chosen to be in a covenant with God. This idea is first found in the Torah (five books of Moses) and is elaborated on in later books of the Hebrew Bible.
According to the Hebrew Bible, Israel's character as the chosen people is conditioned by obedience to God's commandments. "Now therefore, if you will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then you shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people. For all the earth is mine: and you shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nation" (Exodus 19:5, 6). "The Lord did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because you were more in number than any people; for you were the fewest of all people; but because the Lord loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your ancestors." (Deuteronomy 7:7, 8). This idea is also expressed in Deuteronomy 14:2: "You are a holy people unto the Lord your God, and the Lord has chosen you to be a peculiar people unto Himself, above all peoples that are upon the face of the earth."

Here is some. Name the only ancient civilization that has maintained their culture, language and heritage for the last 3500 years, despite the fact that they were persecuted by the millions in every dispensation of time. They were sold into slavery, spread out over the entire globe and were brought back to live on the land that God promised them 3500 years ago. I don't know exactly what type of evidence you are looking for, but this should suffice.

Yes it's in the old testament, God make a covenant with Abraham, and ever since the world has pretty much revolved around what happens to Israel. People have tried to destroyed them since the very beginning, but as God said, it has and never will happen.

The Bible depicts itself as a history of the Jewish bloodline from Adam to Jesus. It reads just like my family genealogy. We too feel that we are God's chosen people. Why? Because we survived long enough to write our history. Get the point?

For almost 2000 years they were.
When Jesus was rejected, they lost that position. However, the truth that leads to everlasting life was still offered to them first, then to the Gentiles.
