Forget the penny...spend $20 for a cab home. Getting in the car and driving is not worth jail or prison or any consequences ( like killing somebody or yourself) that could occur while driving intoxicated.

No the alcohol will be in your bloodstream and on your breath...nothing but time can take that away...
