I have a scar on my back that I just noticed one day - I still have NO idea what it is from...now I can notice it has grown longer, and another scar has appeared, What is this? Is there something wrong with me, like a skin disease or something?

I'm not a doctor but am an R.N. and did work in dermatology for a few years. You need to see a dermatologist to find out what is going on. A doctor will not diagnose you over the internet because he/she would be unable to visualize what you are talking about. I can tell you though that these are not scars. Scars don't "grow" and they don't get longer or spread. Scars occur from an injury that breaks the skin so you have something else occurring.
Please see a dermatologist to find out what is going on!
