they are the same thing, only you can either clip them in or glue them in. Or, if you want them to last a few months, you can sew them in too. I'm not sure about cambridge, but you can get good quality extensions in most salons that specialize in african american hair. Maybe you can find one in your phon ebook. They might even be able to answer any more questions tht you have. Hope that helps.

clip on extensions are very temporary, as in one night only. Glue-in extensions are also temperary, but last a little bit longer. Plus i think the glue smells like fish. go with a ponytail add-on

Well i have done both and i would use the ones you sew on like around a corn row. but the clip ones would be better then glue because when u take the ones out that you glued in some of your real hair comes out with it.

clip on extensions are easier 2 put on and way easier 2 take off!!
but glue on extensions are also easy 2 put on but the glue will ruin your hair and can easily pull and definitely break you hair!!!!!
and u can also request a catologe and get whatever u want

the difference is that clip on ones has something like a barrete to hold it in, glue in ones , you have to glue in, and makes a horrible mess if you dont know what you are doing.

apparently you don't watch antm. glue is bad, clip on is good. extentions appear to be time consuming and in some cases painful. clip on extensions would be easier.
