No child in any state is required to attend any type of school before kindergarten. If he's not attending a learning program, it's important that he be taught things at home. I would suggest:
-Reading to him a lot (development of lauguage skills and usage)
-Flash Card Activites (to reconize numbers, letters and objects)
-Music (Dramatic Play Songs, anything having to do with pretending and make believe)
-Writing Activities (practice writing numbers, letter and most important, his name)
Hands on Activites (playdough, shaving cream on cookie sheets to practice motor skills, coloring, arts and crafts)
Good Luck

Depends on where you live if he turned 4 in November then he should be in kindergarden
already.I live in Canada and it's the law that your child goes to jk when they turn 4 unless like my daughter she turned 4 in January so she goes
this September!
Never heard of it being against the law not to put your child in a nursery some people simply can not afford it!!!

No, you are the parent and have every right to look out for his safety and interests. No, he is not required to attend a nursery.
Just make sure that adequate care is provided at all times, either by you or a trusted family member or friend.

No, you're not breaking any law. Kids don't have to go to school until they are in Kindergarten. Pre-K is good for their social development, but all in all they won't be any more behind, socially or academically than if they went to Pre K.

No, you are not breaking a law. What would make you think this. Your son should be around kids his age so maybe you can do play dates and things of that nature.

It's not a law anywhere that I know of, but I think you have to have your child started in some sort of school by the time they are six.

It depends on what state you live in. In Connecticut you don't have to send your kids to preschool. Just make sure you teach him the things he will need for kindergarten.
