He's being payed under the table? I'd say first go to a lawyer and see what options you have to catch him. Also go to the labor board and tell them you suspect that an employer is paying someone who owes child support under the table. Not only will your ex. have back child support and current child support, but he could also catch the attention of the IRS.(not in a good way either.) But first I'd see a lawyer and let them know about what's going on, and then go to the labor board. If the labor board finds out that the employer is paying employees under the table the employer could also get into major trouble.
