my grandfather died and wherever he is can he see what me and my familiy are doing. My aunt had a baby boy can my grandpa see how he look like?

Sorry I'm not a muslim, but I believe he can see, if he wants. By that I mean he's not like God where he is everywhere all the time, but more like if and when he wants to "visit" or "look in" he can.
