Load up on protein and go easy on the carbs.
Start with a bowl of oatmeal with some milk...no sugar, have a couple of scrambled eggs topped with cheddar cheese and eat a couple of bananas.

Hmm... eat something that won't get your stomach growling while your deciding between A or C on your test. Protein usually helps like an egg sandwich or bacon and eggs. Just basically something that fills you up, but not anything too sweet like donuts or cinnamon buns, just something healthy and good for you. Cereal might help, not like Froot Loops, but maybe Cheerios with some strawberries, or LIFE cereal. Something wholesome.

nothing that will make you gassy, because if you can, imagine a quiet room with a bunch of kids taking the test, and then you let one rip. A loud, smelly one. Not pleasant. Try granola and fruit- something that will keep you full and focused.

1) Orange Juice
2) Yogurt
3) Apple
4) Something hardy--oatmeal gives me a stomach ache.
Eat healthily but you'll want to eat so you'll feel comfortable. Don't overeat, but be sure TO eat!
Good luck!
