just keep shaving it. itll grow faster and longer the more you shave. But dont shave it one day, then wake up the next morning and shave again when there isnt anything there. wait till more grows in, then shave.

Shaving won't make hair grow faster or thicker,That's just a myth. Putting any kinds of oils on your face will just clog the pores and give you pimples. The only thing I've seen help to make hair grow faster is sunlight. Hair grows faster in the summer. You get the same results using a tanning bed. I asked a hair/skin specialist about this and that was their advice.

Michael, as far as I know, it is based on your heredity as to how quickly hair grows. Plus, eating as healthy a diet as you can. It, like head hair, may grow a bit more quicker in the spring and summer, as opposed to the fall and winter. Take care.

I don't think you can really change that without chemicals, and sorry, I don't know of any. But it is a fact that hair and nails grow faster when they are short.... I dunno if this helps... probably not oh well i tried
