so it looks a lil odd. is there bleach for darker people because i refuse to shave/wax/depilitore this area

Honey, get rid of it....just pluck it....
I knew a chick who had..um..."chest hair" and she'd wear a bikini and little children would point and whisper. She was a lot happier once she discovered the joys of a good pair of tweezers.
If you really really insist on bleaching it, then get Sally Hansen.

If you're a guy, why do you need to bleach your chest hair? Some girls find that attractive and some get turned on by that.

FIND A BARBER/BEAUTY SUPPLY SHOP AND THEY WILL RECOMMEND A COLORING FOR WHATEVER AREA YOU WANT AND WHATEVER COLOR YOU WANT.
