Vacationland is correct.

Professional color removers will pull some of the color from your hair but they will not restore it back to its original color.

Your only choice right now if you want to go back to your natural color is to allow it to grow out.

I'm not sure how long your regrowth is but as a professional I would tell you to allow it to grow out. Hair grows on average 1/2" a month to give you a general idea of how long it will take.

But you know a good hairstylist can do some really cute short cuts.

Good luck to ya.

Don't strip your hair. Stripping it leaves it ready for re-coloring and you dont want that. You want to go to the store and get some kid's (like loreal kids or suave kids) shampoo for swim and sport. It strips your hair of impurities (even chemicals) since its meant to clean intensely. Its going to leave your hair really dry so get some really good conditioner to use with it. Use it every other day for a few weeks and your color will start to lighten up without the roots even changing.

Are you saying that you want to remove the color you put in and get your natural grey back? I don't think that's possible, you'd have to grow it out. You can use a color remover (L'Oreal makes one), but it won't get you back to your natual grey; you would get a yellowish color that would require recoloring. Not sure if they make grey haircolor, I've never checked, LOL. You should check with a professional on this, or call the helpline # at Clairol or L'Oreal (you can also email them, see their websites). Or, of course, go to a salon.

When I took hairdressing one of the old trick from back when to get haircolor out of hair was simple and cheap. If your able to lay your hands on some Prell shampoo and you put it on your hair with your hair dry (not used in the typical shampooing) it removes haircolor from hair. Let it sit for about 15 minutes then wash it out. Good luck !

Wow. there are various solutions on your question which will do you extremely no good! As a hair stylist, i've got seen (and glued) many issues comparable on your guy or woman. in case you decide on something that replaced into cautioned, including lemon juice, "colour remover", etc it somewhat is purely as undesirable on your hair as employing a bleach with any quantity peroxide developer. What i will advise, in spite of if, as a substitute of attempting to lighten the full element, you will get foil highlights put in interior the outstanding in a "mohawk" area, and a few interior the facets to break up the colour. and progressively putting greater in to proceed breaking apart the colour over the years... looking on how plenty hair you have, that could desire to quantity to approximately 8 foils on the outstanding and four on the two facet. or purely weaving the very front inch around the hairline (2 foils)... in case you have any questions Hun, be at liberty to touch me! yet please please please do not attempt any living house "remedies"!!!
