It's locally infected. Hopefully your on an antibiotic for this. If not...you need one. Symptomatically you can put warm compresses on this. (microwave a damp washcloth).

You might have an infection in that incision. Anything that has to do with surgery you should go see your doctor. I have had 5 or 6 laproscopic surgeries, you have to wonder how they do that! But it is better than major surgery which I have had also.

If you don't want the office visit call them. Have you gone for a follow up? If not go NOW! Infections in incisions are NO fun.

I think you should go to a doctor. If it doesn't get better. Its gonna be red cuz of the skin being cut but i don't know about the hot to touch thing! Good Luck. If you have Med. Insurance you should just go to an urgent care. Not ER not that bad.

You need to go to a doctor that is a sign of infection. I did not have what you had but I did have my appendix removed and they made the same types of incisions and they did the same thing as you described.

It's infected, silly!!

You need to get your belly to the ER pronto to get some antibiotics!! You don't want to let it go, an infection in an incision to the gut is a very nasty thing, so take care of it NOW.

ER get going

I think you should let your doctor know because it is probably infected. I had the same thing happen to me and they put me on antibiotics.
