You have options! You can cook up the breasts and serve with the broccoli and the corn or serve with rice mixed with the cheese. You can thrown the broccoli in too. OR
prepare the stuffing, slit the breast and bake, serve with the broccoli with some cheese on top.
OR
Cut the meat off the breast, cut into small pieces, saute with the garlic and serve over pasta. You can even add the broccoli to the mix.

I can make a few meals out of what you provided!!!! Here are some ideas
Take Rice, Chicken,Fozen Broccoli, Shredded cheese.
Steam the rice.
Bake or Grill the Chicken.Season with Garlic
Steam the Broccoli.
Once everything is all cooked mix it together and top with shredded cheese. Serve Immediately!
Cook the noodles until done to your liking.
Cook the corn in a sauce pan.
Add Butter to the corn(DRAIN ALL THE WATER OUT).
Mix the Corn and Noodles with the butter.
Add Garlic and Pepper to taste.
Serve Immediately
You could do a chicken breast baked with some stuffing and corn.
Make Rice with refried beans and Shredded cheese mix it all together.
Eat the Baked beans with some syrup, and Brown sugar. Bake in the oven about 10-15 minuets. Chop up some garlic, and onion.
That's all I can think of for now!
Hope this helps!!

You've got lots of choices there.
You could mix some cooked broccoli and rice together with the cheddar cheese and a little milk if you have it. Then place the chicken breasts on top of the rice, season with the garlic and some salt and pepper, and bake at 350 degrees until the chicken is done and the rice is bubbly.
Or make a Mexican style casserole:
Bake or boil the chicken until it's done and shred it. Place a layer of refried beans mixed with a little cooked rice on the bottom of a casserole dish, then top with the chicken and some cooked corn. Season to taste, then sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 until the cheese is melted and the beans are bubbly.
And if you want to keep it simple:
Season the chicken breasts with whatever you have that sounds good -- lemon pepper, barbecue sauce, teryaki sauce, etc. Bake them until done, and serve them with prepared stuffing to which you've added a little corn and some garlic. Make broccoli, rice, and cheese casserole for another side. Delicious and easy!

You can bake the 4 chicken breasts with the stuffing. You can spice up the stuffing by adding a little garlic. If you have any canned tomatoes, you can add that to the mix ... if you don't, add the water called for by the stuffing. Top this with some of the shredded cheddar cheese.
For a veggie dish - combine the broccoli and the corn with a hint of garlic.

You can stuff the chicken breasts and bake them in the oven, or fry the chicken breasts in some oil and serve the stuffing as a side. Cook the baked beans. Cook the noodles/rice and you have a meal. The chicken can be your main course, then pick two side dishes. Yum-o.

AS I look at your grocery list I can see endless possibilities.
You could make some mac n cheese with your noodles and cheese or have chicken and noodles. You could split your chicken breast in half and put broccoli and cheese inside. Cook a chicken breast for flavoring, add rice and you could have chicken rice soup. use some chicken with your noodles and corn and have chicken corn noodle soup. Use chicken and baked beans and top the rice. make a paste with the garlic and flavor the rice and serve with corn and chicken. The possibilities could go on and on............Hope that this helped!

Mix up the stuffing(assuming it's a mix), place it in the bottom of a casserole dish. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with garlic, and place them on top. Cover with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with broccoli or corn.
