Its in LA. It is the Southernmost Beach city in LA, but something has to be right? The next one south is Seal Beach, which is in the OC. I have a close friend who lives in Seal beach, went to Jr. High and High School in Los Alimitos, and now walks to school, from the same house she grew up in, to Cal-state Long Beach. Long story short they are all really close to one another.

The City of Long Beach is still part of L.A. county and always has been. The city is one of the most underestimated cities you will find. There is a lot of cool stuff there....
