My girlfriend likes it when her partner plays hard to get how can I do that with her? I need help i want to drive her crazy. Thanks for the help

First off don't call her when you said you would, but still call but brag about how much of a great time you are having/had (without her) when you do.
Don't give out too many compliments etc...do that once in a while. When you over do compliments she will just become immune to them.
Buy or do something to put a smile on her face and make her know how special she is to you, then drop last minute plans with her to be with your friends.
It's got to be a fine balance of wooing her to keep her interested but letting her know that you have a life to live, which can be full filling also without her. (Even if it's not true).
Complimenting other females, nothing like she's hot but saying so and so is either funny/smart/nice will bring out a little jealousy which also goes hand in hand with teasing a partner when they want their partner to play hard to get...but don't do that too often just the occasional comment about someone...it's a very fine balance, but let her know that you can see one or two great things in other girls that you have also complimented her on....
Letting her know of any compliments from others that you have been given recently from male or female, it will let her know that there are other people in this world that see you as having good traits other than her.
Another thing when going somewhere else without her let her notice before hand that you have made more than a usual effort in your appearance, like having a new outfit for it..... but after wards call or see her and let her know that she's the one for you....after many hours of her brewing about why you will want to look your best when she should be the only one for you to do so, she will feel relieved when you call her after wards to let her know that you are still very interested in her.
Don't slag off all your exgirlfriends, say something nice about one or two of them if the topic is brought up....but also make sure you mention their faults....it will give her the impression that aren't interested in any exgirlfriends but you still give an exgirlfriend a compliment....which any stable woman would appreciate knowing.....
Finally don't try too hard or you may lose her, or just cause alot of upset....like I said it's a fine balance.

Baseball season is starting soon. Pay a lot of attention to sports, especially when Sportscenter comes on at that time of the evening.

Dont answer the phone. Ditch her every now and then. Act like you dont want her. Man, your girlfriend is weird.

One key i have found is give her time to miss you. i.e. I was in the shower or i was fixin tha car or i accidently turned off the ringer on my phone. ya know?
