I have always been insecure since me and my partner have been together I always thinks he is cheating on me and I get jealous when he talks to any woman. Im scared of losing him. and everytime i open up to him he doesnt want to listen to me and i hate feeling like this all of the time and the only person i have to talk to is my mum because im a shy person so i don't really have any friends.

You need to make a check list and then check it!! First of all, be honest as you are the only person who will see this list. Why are you so insecure? Who made you feel this way? When do you recall these feelings beginning? Why do you think your partner is cheating? Has he cheated in the past? If so then I see where the jealousy is coming into play. If not then I can tell you JEALOUSY will ruin everything!!! Your constant accusations will eventually push everyone around you away. Now think about that for a moment. How would you like to be constantly accused of something that you know you were not doing? What kind of examples are you setting for your children? What kinds of examples do you want to be setting? I really believe that you have some very deep emotional scars that need to be worked on and only you can do this and then your insecurites will begin to disappear along with your shyness. And I don't think just talking to your Mum is the answer. Perhaps a counselor or psychologist would be beneficial and I am not being judgmental, just trying to be helpful and honest with you. However, you need to start being open and honest with yourself first and then go forward. Take small steps and before long you will be running. Good luck and God bless!!
