be very lewd and loud and generate foreign and unpleasant odors from your house and have tons of parties and express your civil rights liberally or plant weed in their house and call the cops, lol, dont move just tell them to get a life

You have to tell them in a firm tone that you don't mean no hard feelings but, you have a busy life & they need to call before coming over or what ever.
