It means the Boondocks are on....

I would just say it is like the saying "One man's trash is another man's treasure."

The clue is in the word: stone. The true meaning of the word Jew is 'stone'. Remember when they built their altar of stones? They were referring to an altar made of people. Remember the phrase, 'Where two or three are gathered in my name'? They were referring to the altar made of stones/Jews. Remember when Paul said, '...he that is a Jew, is a Jew inwardly...'? He was not speaking of the literal Jew, but those that are the stones of God, 'Jewels'. Remember when the Christ
said, 'if I was to stop speaking, these stones would cry out'? He was referring to
the same people Paul called, 'Jews inwardly'. True religion is composed of the individuals that organize under a common teaching. Each individual makes all the difference in the world.
'...and the stone that the builder refused will
become the head cornerstone...'

Ephesians 2:19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; 21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

John 1:11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
