As a stylist I'm telling you don't believe it.

Are you talking about making it grow faster or making re-grow?

These are two different things.

If you are looking to make it grow longer, healthier and faster, I recommend to my clients that they go to GNC and pickup a product for Hair, Skin and Nails. They are natural supplements. My clients have had a lot of success with these.

If you are talking about regrowing hair, ROGAINE. It is the only FDA approved product to regrow hair. Do not fall into the illusion of all the products salons sell to regrow or thicken hair. They don't work.

< licensed cosmetoligist. It wont help. Your hair will grow at the same speed no matter what.. however, you can make it grow STRONGER by having a healthy lifestyle.
-Dont smoke.
-Eat plenty of leafy greens and bright colored fruits/veggies
-Lean protein such as fish and chicken
-Take a prenatal vitamin everyday, or a multi (although prenatals are best! they will also help with your skin and nails)
-DRINK WATER!! 64 oz a day.

This will make your hair beautiful and strong. Nothing will make it grow faster.
