You can upload it to your account which your plan provides, it depends on the phone, what phone do you have? If they provided you a usb or bluetooth and a software you can use that option to. If you upload to an album online from your phone it may charge you depends.

depending on what cell phone provider you have, you should be able to have the ability to send the pics to the cell phone providers website..maybe you dont have the service

depends on what make ur phone is; samsungs have never worked for some reason, try using bluetooth to transfer.
