If its LeKair's no, it really doesn't help much. I use the olive oil kind made by Hollywood Beauty, I got it from Rite Aid.. it leaves my hair soft and shiny. LeKair's version contains a laurel sulfate which is an ingerdient that harms the hair..Or you could use two eggs well beaten with a tablespoon of oilve oil and a tablespoon of almond oil and a few drops of rosemary essential oil. Rosemary oil has been proven to stimulate hair growth.

Cholesterol treatments are an old way of deep conditioning hair. They do not make your hair grow longer.

Only old fashioned salons still use this method.

Hair grows an average of 1/2" per month. This is an average some people grow a little more some a little less.

There are no products on the market that I know off that actually make the claim of making hair grow longer.

If you want longer hair. Eat and drink healthy. Get regular haircuts (every 6-8 weeks). When you go to your stylist have her/him only trim the ends and make sure you tell them you're trying to grow longer.

And the big secret of growing longer hair.....PATIENCE.....PATIENCE.....PATIENCE.....PATIENCE.....PATIENCE.....PATIENCE
