Uhm, I think you can ask that about women too, but ok. Depends, some guys have used toys before having sex so they may be used to the feeling while others may have had no experience at all so it might hurt. The key is to go nice and slow use lots of lube (saliva works best) and to be relaxed. Other than that it all depends on the person.
