well first off the piercer should've given you after care along with an after care sheet. But since he didnt, well that should tell you one thing, anywho what you can do is get sea salt. Some piercers dont recommend it simply because if you use too much sea salt and not enough water it'll harm the piercing, and if there isnt enough sea salt...ur pretty much just soaking it in water. what you want to do is get a table 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon of non-iodized (iodine free) sea salt into one cup (8 oz) of warm distilled and mix them together. what i find to be easier is to get a cup of the sea salt solution and well you put the cup over your nipple(s) and then can lay down facing up with the cup over your nipples so that the solution is pretty much on your nippleand then you can let it soak for a couple of minutes and then just rinse it lightly and ur good to go.
preferable i'd suggest this soap that i get from my piercer its called Provon. its really good medicated soap. you can ask your local piercing shop if they have any. and if you are able to get a hold of some Provon you just clean your piercing in the shower after you're done shampooin, washin up...and everything else, you want to get a q-tip and put some Provon on it, and rub it around the piercing gently and work up a nice lather and then rinse it off. after that you leave the piercing alone.

what you could also want to do is put some tea tree oil on it. Tea Tree Oil can be found where i used to work, this place called The Body Shop ( i'll leave this link for you to access too) its like bath and body works only the body shop is natural organic products...anywho they sell this little bottle of tea tree oil thats just like $6 and that works WONDERS. just get some q-tips and put some oil on them and then rub it in gently on the nipple and work up a nice lather and then rinse it off

also you dont want to submerge your piercing into any sort of water like lakes, ocean, baths, jacuzzis, hot tubs...etc bc all sorts of bacteria are in there...

heres a link to an after care sheet

Don't use any kind of soap on your healing piercings. Do sea salt soaks 2-3 times daily (1/8 tsp sea salt to 8 oz warm watter) for 10 minutes each time. Gently remove any build up with a moist q-tip.

At 2 1/2 months you should not have any bleeding. Lymph (the crusty yellowish discharge) is common for up to a year. Cup size does not affect healing in any significant way. Nipples take 6-8 weeks for initial healing and about a year for complete healing. It sounds as if your jewelry is the wrong size. If it's digging into your nipple it's too small. Visit your local piercing studio to find out for sure. You may also want to switch from the jewelry you're wearing (try either a CBR or barbell depending on what you were pierced with)
