there is this idiot in my art class that constantly insults me and points out all the things the things that are wrong with me. some say that he likes me but i disagree, any way i like a different person in the same class and i want him to stop.

He is hot for you, but knows he doesn't stand a chance....ignore him, if you show it bothers you at least he is getting you one way or another.....just always smile and be sweet no matter how he is p---ing you off.

Him insulting you is definitely childish. He probably knows that you like someone else,and pissed because you don't like him. So now he's going to try to get the "other" guy to dislike you too!.
People like him have low self-esteem. He's probably still a virgin,and just plain jealous.
Ask him to "Back-Off!". Who is he to judge,as to what is right or wrong about you?. The next time he makes a sly remark,intercept him,with something "embarrasing" about him,and make sure the class the full. Don't be the butt of this jackass's jokes.
(PS) If a person is constantly insulting you or making jokes about you, (especially in front of your classmates), It is not a sign,that this person "likes" you!. A person would not hurt your fellings,it they liked you!

guys der mates all insult each other as a joke cuz thats how guys roll but if a guy insults a girl then the girl should be happy cuz hes complementing you in a guyish way

1. he is harrassing you and making an uncomfortable classroom setting. Tell you teacher or Dean or Principal.
2. He probably does like you (depends on your age).
If you are 16 or less, that's the way shy guys act because he can't show sensitivity around his other friends. Try talking to him alone.
3. Watch Grease if you haven't seen it and see the way Danny acts.

Maybe u can get him alone so you can ask him exactly what he means by putting you in "the spotlight". If you doubt you could ever get him alone...call him out in class right after one of his remarks about you. Something like: "You only choose to see my flaws but I'm still busy on Saturday night!" If he smarts back to you about Saturday night...have a good come back waiting for him...I hate to say it but sometimes just "bursting into tears" and running out of the class room will be enough for that idiot! (they don't even have to b real tears just FAKE them so the teacher will yell at hm for upsetting you) Play the "woe is me" to the teacher...cry...sob...threaten to go to the principle if the teacher won't make him stop bullying you...name calling, pointing out flaws to humiliate you in class is a form of bullying...NO school is taking this lightly anymore. My case...after a rude comment to me I stood up & slapped him as hard as I could and quietly sat down continued on with my note taking off the board as if NOTHING happened! The teacher sent him out in the hall! He never bothered me again! Guess what, I found out 5 yrs later he liked me but didn't know how to TELL me...gross! as if I'd go out with someone calling me names and making fun of me!!!??? He was cute too...but didn't know how to treat a "lady". Good riddens! Best of luck to you!

I agree that he likes you but he knows you have no interest in him so he's angry. Try being a little friendly but not so much he thinks he has a chance. You are sour grapes to him. And that p***** him off!! He wants to make you uncomfortable so just treat him like you would a stray dog. Takes the pressure off of you. Just smile at him once in awhile.

Did u know that some males are born with this like 7th sense... smart assisim. They cant help it even if they are trying to talk from the heart it never comes out sincere, ignore him trust me he'll find something elese to draw his attention from u soon

So go talk to a school counselor about how this guy is harassing you if this still continues you need to find the braveness in you and start sticking up for yourself!!! But talk to some teacher person about this!

Some guys are jerks and have nothing intelligent to say... Although I have heard the "If a guy picks on you it means he likes you" theory. I think if a guy likes you he had better have a better way of showing it then calling you names. Perhaps he is incredibly insecure and you make him feel like a doof so he makes fun of you to make himself feel better. Either way some guys are jerks!
