sweetie you're only 14 and with your height and weight considerd your under weight NOT FAT far from !! you are haveing distorted images of yourself and if other people are saying that they're either trying to piss you off because they know your sensitive about your weight or your body is disportional that can be fixed with excercise in the bigger areas not sieting but eating healthy has many benefits

Well Honey, let me tell you that I have the same story. I was tiny in elementary school, but by junior high I was 5'2 and abot 145. The nightmare began. I was everybody's target and thought of suicide ( just to get some peace). I never felt bad about myself as a person, more like someone trapped in a bad world and a victim of circumstances.
Today, I'm in my 40's and still over weight. I believe it is true, that loosing weight gets harder with age.
Start by walking, hopefully in a local park. You'll probably find other walkers, maybe make some friends. If you have a dog, the dog will love walking with you (on a leash). Whatever you do, don't diet. You will screw up your metabolism and teach you body to live on less food, thus you'll only get bigger the next time (when you go back to your bad habits). Instead learn how to make healthier choices and how to prepare leaner foods. Thus, creating a new life style and a new you. as you slim down take some classes that interest you like dancing. Don't think long term. Think I can do this today!
In reality, you will have to decide: do I truly want to make this life change or do I just love to eat? Sugar is an addiction. If you choose sugar then in power yourself in knowing that "you've made the choice". And...if sugar is your choice then you'll have to except that you will be fat! And...for God's sake you better start seeing the humor in that! or you're going to not only have selfesteem issues, but you are going to be very unhappy. I would like to go back to school with the attitude that I have now. I think the same people that picked on me would probably be my friends now, because through it all I think that I have gained a lot of personallity. Then again, perhaps I would choose to make those changes and live a thinner life.
I know that I have run on too much, but I don't want you to go through the depression that I did (before I realized that In making my own decision, I did have a choice).

First, don't look for a magic solution to your problem. Just start exercising, go for walks, go to a pool if you can, look up exercises online and start doing them in your room. Eat a balanced diet, cut out a lot of sugar and starch and junk food. Don't starve yourself and do not take pills.
Second, telling a 14 yr old not to worry when people make fun of them is pointless, of course it's going to bother you but remember, even if you are slightly over weight (and you don't sound that big to me) you are still a beautiful person. The former friends are saying it to hurt you and the boys are saying it because at 14 they aren't very bright. You just appreciate who you are and try to stay healthy while you loose weight. Exercise is really the best and safest route for you to go. Good luck.

Well maybe you should eat small portions food, but eat like 4 times a day.... The reason why people get fat is because they consume too much food all at once... The best way is to spread out your meals, second try to do a lot of walking... Walk your dog if you have one, summer is coming up maybe try swimming..... Just get out of the house and do stuff, rather then staying in door and eating snacks... Good Luck..

your not over weight! you probibaly only need to loose like 5 or 6 pounds! no bid deal! just for a couple weeks dont eat alot of carbs, or anything with alot of calories, AND did u know that an ice cream has less calories then a milk shake!? so start reading labels! and just exsersize alittle, maby go for a jog in the mornig or something! if people call you fat @ school their stupid and insicure with them selves so they take it out on you! but yeah good luck though hope i helped!

Try something simple like cutting down on sweets and stuff and eating more healthy stuff like fruit and vegetables and second of all some people just have differnt body types it's not your fault.!

the only thing i can think of is maybe do exercise like leg lifts or reverse crunches or start to runing or walking and eat healthy i have the same problem
