I would probably blush but grin from ear to ear and say "Well now, I'm a lady. I'll pass for now hehe" or something to kinda brush it off yet leave the invitation open

Depends on how it made you feel mama. If it made you uncomfortable then put him in his place and make sure he knows not to act that way around you again. If you don't really care roll your eyes and keep it moving. Pay him no mind.

That is notthe type of person I would spend time with because it is clear he has respect issues, not to mention being too immature for my tastes. I would look at him, turn and walk away.
