I am having egg salad sandwich and Minnestroni soup (vegetable type)

A bowl of veggie soup and some cheese puffs. I was going to go over to the Knights of Columbus Fish Fry this evening, but I was too tired when I got home earlier to drag myself out again.
Maybe next week. . .they fry up a mean batch of catfish and hush puppies!
