I want to wake up and eat something that will make me alert and focused, not jumpy and nervous, before I take the SAT in that same morning. What should it be?

Try chocolate. A survey done at Temple University involved giving half of a class chocolate before a test, and the other half no chocolate. The half that got the chocolate scored higher in the 80 percentile. Other than that, fish is good brain food.

I would suggest anything citrusy. Pinapples, oranges, lemons, etc. Some citrus juicies wake your brain and make you alert. It's a fact. I heard that chocolate also boosts your thinking, but I'm not sure. You can problably try it. The web below should give more info. Hope you find your info!
