Set aside a certain amount of "study time" each day. If you typically need to study 2 hours, set aside 2.5 hours for studying. Then, if you have "free time" left over when you finish studying, you can 1.) Go back and study your assigned material some more or 2.) Study something that is a personal study project. For instance, study html programming or astronomy or something that interests you.

Always have the t.v. off and don't allow yourself to use the computer for ANYTHING but study. Discipline yourself. If you want music, it's okay to have instermentals, but NO VOCALS -- ie. no rap, rock, country, opera, or anything else where the vocals will disturb you. Classical or instermental jazz is good.

If you find that you HAVE to study for a set period of time rather than until something is "complete" you will be more willing to review your material more thoroughly.
