He want to meet with me somewhere we do a little flirting. and thats it nothing else. He inisheates the flirting and I just except it most of the time, many times I returned the flirting. Is getting a little boring.

Either he's too scared to make a first move, or he wants to flirt with you but nothing more. Do you like him? If you do, then next time he invites you to meet somewhere, sit down and talk to him about this. If you don't like him all that much and it's getting boring flirting with him, just give up on him.

First of all, if you want to do something, you should put the moves on. You know, do whatever you want to do. Or you could tell him what you want him to do. But from all your spelling errors, I think you maybe are too young to be having sex anyway.

he's just a young horny guy there's nothing else i can say other than leave him alone and look for someone more mature who's not intresed in only flirting and show compasionate :)
