Right now im suffering from a fever, i dont know the temperature since i dont have a thermometer and i hate (yes literally hate) my doctor. Its been going on already for.. 2 and a half days already. I also have a stuffy nose a sore throat and a headache... Is there something i can do that will cure all of them and not effect each other?

MEDICINE IS OUT OF THE QUESTION!

I know that going heavy on spices will get rid of my stuffy nose, but probably make my fever/ sore throat worse! I've already tried drinking tea and hot drinks (like, 24/7) it heals... Then comes back in an hour... Actually, i cant even drink water! My sore throat is KILLING ME!! cant get a humidifier to make the air more moist because it'll just make me freeze even further, and im already sweating like crazy. Even though jogging/etc will get rid of my stuffy nose (i think) it will worsen my fever. I would continue, but im runnin out of space... Any tips on curing all at the same time?? REMEMBER NO MEDICINE!!!!!!!

Chicken broth, and steam yourself. No meds?
Get plenty of rest and drink plenty of fluids. Stay off your feet. Did I mention Chiken Soup, Broth, etc.

Fever and headache: acetaminophen
Stuffy nose: decongestant
Sore throat: Depends on the cause. If you have streph, you will need an antibiotic, and it sounds like that may be what you have and will have to see your physician.

Sorry, but if you've got a fever, then you may have to see a doctor about this. Especially if you're running a low grade fever, which is a hallmark of a bacterial infection. If you do have a bacterial infection, then it's not going to cure itself, no matter what kind of herbal remedies you try or whatever. You'll continue to get progressively worse, until you start on antibiotics. Think about this very carefully. Sorry for the bad news....hope you feel better soon. Best of luck to you.
