New loofahs, good body wash, not soap.
Not such hot water! It's drying and therefore leaves you prone to problems.

The pediatrician I used to work for suggested our kids use the same over-the-counter face washes with benzoyl peroxide for their backs and chest as well. There is a prescription brand that is a little stronger called Brevoxyl Creamy Wash that she prescribed in some cases. Also, she used to prescribe Benzamycin gel quite a lot for the back and chest acne. Ask your parents to call your pediatrician, since dermatology appts take so long to get, and see if they would suggest or prescribe anything. Good luck!!
