Yes I've seen a picture of her. Ive talk to her mom sister etc. Can I actually be in love.......... the 29th will make it a year. Txt, Talk , and email everyday. Can this actually be true love? We talk for hour and the longest I think was 8-9 till the battery went out. Hard to hang up without saying I love you.

True love it's not, but it can be pretty close. Why on earth have you not met this woman in the entire year since you've known her! How do you know she's even who she says she is? For starters you're dealing with each other's personality over the phone, removing the physical aspects of that leaves you with each other's minds to worry about. You won't know true love until you've seen each other and spent real time together... Trust this, people who live apart don't deal with the same issues that couples who live together do.. Such as personal habits for starters.
Here's an idea, meet the woman first and spend time together, see what her surroundings are about, before you go saying I love you. Would you give someone your house keys without having met them before? NO! At least I hope not! Hell I don't even trust some of my family members, and I've known them for years! These are your emotions, and the other woman on the end could be playing with the keys to your heart. Meet her in person before you do something crazy, like a marriage proposal over the phone.

i will be the first to tell you that it IS possible to fall in love over the phone. GOD is it possible. i fall in love every other night over that phone. except my phone battery didnt run out....my bank account did. yeah those 1-900 ladies'll love ya and leave ya. they come on like a squall....come on ya fast, and leave ya fast. all thats left once the storm clears is a broken heart, empty bank account and the blues....if ya know what i mean. but yeah....love is a very easy thing to fall into over the phone. so is the home shopping network at 3 in the morning....but thats a different story all together.

I love romance. I would say yes it sounds like love and true love because this has been going on for a year. You are sincere and it is wonderful to hear people that are happy.

i think that u can fallin in love with what she says and what you hear but i dont think that you have actually seen her and her reactions toward other people and her attitude because anyone can be different over the phone. to be in love you have to love everything about her completly and the only thing that you have seen are her words and a photograph of her and you only heard her words over the phone. you can love those things but not what you cant see.

Oh Man...
I would say NO...only because it's over the phone...it's not face to face...like when you break up with a girl if you're a man you will do it to her face...there is something to be said about face to face interaction...
I have a question...What is stopping you from dating a girl that lives close to you??? Are you insecure and afraid to approach women in person??? It just seems senseless to me to try and date someone over the phone when there are thousands of girls in your area!!!

i think it is possible.
because now i chat with a guy everyday we r really really good friends we chat for hours. because if it is day over here it is nite over there and the max we talked for was 7 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!! i stayed up all nite slept at 4am! and he said he loves me and i think it is true beucase we think about each other soooooooo much.....
then for u i think YES!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, you can, although it might not feel perfect when you get together in person. But once you're past that awkwardness, I think things will be fine.

in my opinion....alot of ppl think they can fall in love over the phone and maybe u can but.........usually it only feels that way because its a safe zone....meet in person then go from there

Um.....how do you date someone for a year over the phone? There is no actual interaction and phone compatability is way different than real compatability. Love maybe ...but probably not......oh well good luck!
