I'm from New England living in FL. This thing they call "Florida lobster" is actually not, it's related to crawdads/crayfish, and the taste PALES in comparison to a Maine lobster. Not even in the same ball field.!

Florida Lobster is technically a Glorified Crayfish

Lobster from Maine, by far, will supply double the meat, and deliver the best flavor to your tastebuds. There are hard shell and soft shell, personally, I like hard shell.

Enjoy!!
