okay so theres this boy in my class and im not sure if he likes me.
once his friend told me he said yes he wants to go out with me that i asked through his friend (which was not true) but i just looked shocked.
but the next day his friend (the same one) came up to me and said they're just playing but today his friend tells me he likes me and thats he's been talking to him and he wont come up to me b/c he's afraid to talk to me.
i dont know if i should believe him. i mean i sometimes see him glance at me but we've never really talked (we're both shy) so i dont know. oh and then his other friend (lets call him mc) said that the boy that told me jake liked me said he was just making up trash but i dont know how close mc is as the other boy to the boy i like.

also i dont know if its me but whenever we are next to each other im awkward around him and i sometime get awkward vibes from him to but im probaly imagining it.
do you think he likes me? what should i do?

Go up and ask HIM, not his friends. Trust me, as a guy, we appreciate it when girls are direct

The last part was a bit hard to catch. But, from what I got out of it, I say talk to the guy you like yourself. Guys' friends are usually NO help with relationships.
If you don't talk to the guy you like, he could suspect that you're too shy to talk to him because you like him. Try just casually talking to him or asking about homework, atleast to open the lines of communication. Get to know him and take it from there. Good luck!
