omg we both have the same probs hahaha..i'm also 48 kgs and i'm pretty slim except for my thighs..but the only diff is i aint being a worry freak like you..if you're 48 kgs, you shouldnt worry about losing weight in your thighs and wat not..i mean come on, why would you wanna lose even more weight? please dont appear like a twig..cuz atleast if you have some weight on your thighs some guys consider that sexy so stop trynna push yourself harder and burn off more calories that you need because fat (to some extent) is absolutely NECESSARY for your body (no matter where it is)
and i heard somewhere that when you go on a diet the first place you lose weight are your breasts because they are composed mainly of fat so if you're gonna go on a diet, prepare yourself for the withering of your breasts
anyways..stop worryin abt it too much and if this is really for being fit and healthy, then you should just exersize more often...do activities that utilize your thighs
