I dont want a hunk style 6 pack or anything, just more defined. Whats a good workout to strengthen stomach muscles?

just eat a lot and your stomach muscles will get quite the workout.

no! dont eat alot! Avoid alcoholic beverages. These tend to make "Beer bellies". Just do a bunch of crunches and sit ups. Research on the Internet for different types of workouts for your abs. The gym has machines for your abs too. I suggest trying out different workouts. Never stick to the smae routine. I tend to mess around. One week I do one routine. The next week I'll do something different but that works out the same body parts that I'm focusing on. Just make sure you eat balanced meals and drink alot of water. Since you're focusing on getting a six-pac, I wouldn't recommend doing too much cardio since that tends to not only shed fat but you also lose muscle.

If you mean abdomen then do a lot of crunches or sit ups and run some.

do crunches or sit ups. or lay down on your tummy and hold your arms and legs in the air for 1 minute.or do flutter kicks

lay on your back and have someone stand over you then have them try to throw your legs down but dont let them touch the ground, also dieting helps too
