You have to understand first that by staying in shape you must burn more calories than you take in. An average amount of calories per day is around 1500 to 2000. Of course men are able to take in more than women when working out since when you build muscle you continue to burn calories even when you are sleeping.

u don t need sites or anything just eat w/e u want but small portions but if u really want it go to google write bmi and i think u go to the 2nd advertisememnt and then there is a site and u go a liitlle deeper and u ll find how many cal. u need a day good luck hoep u find it

I don't know of any sites but as long as you're a fairly fit guy of twenty, I'd say anywhere from between 2500-3000 ought to be sufficient.
